On Tier 3, passengers scream and flee from two decapitated soldiers. Zakuro says they will keep hunting Hisoka as planned. Hinrigh orders Zakuro and Lynch to contact him first before doing anything if they find him, and adds that he plans to track down one of the Heil-Ly members along the way. Elsewhere, the Heil-Ly crew decides their 'pigeons' have grown too troublesome and will ask Morena for instructions.
