Phinks, Shalnark and Feitan arrive to learn Chrollo was taken during a blackout, with Kortopi passing on the chain user's message. Feitan demands to know why they did not pursue the abductors; Nobunaga answers that Machi and Pakunoda were hurt in the struggle. The message is blunt: the chain user has declared ownership of the leader, and it will cost them.
