On the deserted highway, Cheetu faces Morel and Knuckle, admitting he knows they were waiting for him and declaring he will beat them at their own game, giving them no chance to strike back. Knuckle smiles and tells him his punches carry no weight, that speed alone cannot beat A.P.R.'s interest. Cheetu begins to see that being fast is not the same as winning.
